Custom Table Felt Policies

NOTICE: We do ship worldwide, but our shipping prices are based on orders inside of the continental US.  For shipping outside of the US, please email us with your address for a shipping quote.

PAYMENT METHODS
We prefer payment via PayPal using the major credit card of your choice but will gladly accept payment via Cashier's Check, Money Order or your personal check (with a time delay in shipping to allow your check to clear the bank).

All products ship out via UPS or FedEx.  A tracking number will be provided for all UPS and FedEx shipped orders.

CUSTOM TABLE FELT RETURN/REFUND POLICY
There are NO refunds on custom felt once the artwork is approved.  If you are unsure about the artwork, we can provide a printed proof for a cost of $40.  This is a smaller scale version on white paper.  We work hard to make sure that the custom felt is properly produced.  Please provide all the necessary information to make this possible. 

CUSTOM TABLE FELT CUSTOMER SHIPPING PROTECTION POLICY
It is the CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY to protect themselves from accepting damaged merchandise. Before signing the delivery receipt, the customer has both the right and responsibility to do the following:

•  Visually inspect all cartons for holes, tears, and other indications of rough handling.

•  Fully remove merchandise from cartons and visually inspect it for any damage, NO MATTER HOW MINOR. Pay particular attention to any areas that correspond to damage appearing on the carton.

•  If there is any damage, the customer is not obligated to take delivery. They have the right to refuse delivery and if they do so, The customer must call 615-346-9146 or email returns@customtablefelt.com or FAX 615-691-5600 to notify Custom Table Felt of this refusal of delivery.

•  If the customer accepts delivery, They are responsible for all damages, whether or not the damage was noticed at the time of delivery. The customer's signature on the delivery receipt indicates they are accepting the merchandise in "GOOD ORDER".

•  If you cancel your order or refuse delivery after it has shipped you will be charged for the shipping to you, and the return shipping.
